We bring the work

Customer acquisition, contracts, permits, and insurance — all handled under our Florida licenses (CGC, CFC, CCC).

03

You get paid

Bi-weekly direct deposit on completed work. No chasing customers. No collections. No paperwork headaches.

Frequently asked

Questions subcontractors usually ask first.

Don't see your question? Call or text us at (813) 614-0989.

  • Do I need a contractor license to work with you?
No. That's the whole point. We hold the Florida General Contractor (CGC1539545), Plumbing (CFC1434028), and Roofing (CCC1337097) licenses — and you work under them on the projects we assign. We pull permits, we sign with the customer, we carry the contractor liability. You bring your trade skill.
  • Do I need to have my own LLC or business?
It helps but isn't required. We can work with you as a 1099 individual or with your existing LLC. If you don't have an LLC yet and want to set one up, we can point you to local resources.
  • What insurance do I need?
A general liability policy is strongly recommended (commonly $1M coverage). Some trades may also need workers' comp depending on your crew size and Florida rules. We'll walk through what applies to your specific situation before your first job.
  • How and when do I get paid?
You get paid bi-weekly via direct deposit, based on completed and approved work. Payment terms are detailed in your subcontractor agreement before you start.
  • Can I work for other contractors too?
Yes. You're an independent subcontractor — not an employee. You're free to take other work as long as you can deliver on the jobs we assign you on the agreed timeline.
  • Is this 1099 work or W-2?
Subcontractor relationships are 1099 — you operate as an independent business. If you're looking for a W-2 position with hourly pay and benefits, see our full-time careers page instead.
  • How soon can I start?
After you submit the form, we'll respond within 48 hours. If we both see a fit, we'll set up a brief intro call and review your background. From there, your first project assignment usually comes within 1–3 weeks depending on what we have open in your trade and area.
