  • Field Crew

    General laborer or skilled trade hand. Plumbing, roofing, framing, drywall, paint, tile, demo, and more.

  • Foreman / Crew Lead

    Lead a small team on residential and commercial projects. Schedule, quality control, safety.

  • Estimator

    Site walks, takeoffs, cost estimating, and customer proposals across all three trades.

  • Project Coordinator

    Schedule subs, order materials, coordinate permits and inspections, keep projects on track.

  • Admin / Office

    Customer service, scheduling, accounts payable / receivable, and back-office support.

  • Do you offer benefits?
    For full-time roles, we offer paid time off and are growing our benefits package as the team scales. We'll go through exactly what applies to your role during the interview.
  • What are the work hours and travel?
    Most field roles are Monday–Friday, daytime. Some roles require travel across Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties. Office roles are based in New Port Richey.
  • Do I need to speak English?
    Conversational English is helpful for field roles, but our team is bilingual and Spanish is fully welcome. For office and customer-facing roles, working comfortably in both English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Do you sponsor work visas?
    No, applicants need to already have authorization to work in the United States.
  • I'm a contractor without a license — should I apply here or for subcontracting?
